Role & responsibilities

- Build the CPMS software sales process from the ground up a repeatable, scalable motion across India and international markets.
- Define the sales playbook, qualification framework, pricing approach, and stage-by-stage pipeline discipline.
- Establish the tooling, cadences, and reporting rhythm that make the motion measurable and predictable.
- Set up the sales team — define roles, hire the right people, and structure the org for growth.
- Onboard, train, and coach new hires on the CPMS product, the customer, and the sales methodology (demos, discovery, objection handling, closing).
- Drive outbound lead generation into target CPOs, fleet operators, real-estate and infrastructure players, and enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across geographies and segments.
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demos to both inbound and outbound prospects.
- Translate customer needs into clear value narratives around the CPMS platform.
- Manage each chance end to end — discovery, demo, evaluation, commercial negotiation, and close.




- Own the entire sales lifecycle from first touch to signed contract, converting pipeline into revenue-generating customers.
- Set up clean handoffs to onboarding and customer success after close.
- Own accurate forecasting and weekly reporting to leadership on pipeline health, conversion, and revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA with an Engineering background someone who can hold their own in a technical conversation and still lead a commercial one.
- Experience selling SaaS products, particularly platform or infrastructure software.
- Strong command of product demos as a selling tool.
- Prior exposure to international sales.
- Bonus: exposure to EV charging, energy, mobility, IoT, or infrastructure SaaS.
- Proven experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), ideally to B2B and enterprise buyers.
- Experience building processes and/or teams (hiring, training, coaching) is strongly preferred.
