- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
- Resolve customer queries in a skilled and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
- Record customer interactions and update the system.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory).
- Basic communication skills in English or Tamil.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in a voice process or customer support role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work from the office.
