Role & responsibilities

Management Information System (MIS)

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Generate operational reports with high accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely reporting.

Data Management & Analysis

- Handle large volumes of operational and logistics data.
- Perform data compilation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and consolidate business data.
- Maintain centralized databases and ensure data accuracy across reports.

Supply Chain & Fleet Operations

- Support supply chain operations through timely reporting and data analysis.
- Maintain complete records of fleet movement, vehicle utilization, and operational performance.
- Track vehicle deployment, maintenance schedules, fuel records, and operational status.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and operations teams for fleet-related information.
- Monitor fleet performance and provide actionable MIS for management review.





Vehicle Documentation Management

- Maintain and update all vehicle-related documents including:
- Track document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain compliance records and support audits related to vehicle documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Transport teams.
- Ensure timely availability of operational data for decision-making.
- Support process improvements through data-driven insights.

Preferred candidate profile

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting.
- Excellent data compilation, data handling, and data management skills.
- Data analysis and reporting expertise.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
