Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and training to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic setting for customers.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels & restaurants).
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or special events.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles for managing finances.
