Role & responsibilities

1) Logistics & Shipment Coordination
Plan and manage shipment schedules, container bookings, and dispatch activities.
Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents for smooth movement of goods.
Monitor shipment movement (customs clearance, container pickup/return) and minimize port costs.

2) Export & Import Documentation
Handle quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
Oversee FOB shipments with India office, calculate costs (trucking, customs, freight), and finalize customer quotes with payment terms.
Ensure compliance with export/import regulations across regions.

3) Warehouse & Inventory Management
Conduct inventory assessments across multiple warehouses.
Monitor storage costs and prepare weekly dispatch reports.
Coordinate warehouse dispatch for timely order fulfillment.

4) Customer Operations & Relations
Communicate shipment updates to growers, distributors, and importers.
Collect postdelivery feedback and assist in resolving logisticsrelated quality queries.




Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, freight partners, and customers to drive retention and repeat business.

5) Financial Oversight
Manage ocean freight payments, vendor invoices, and international outward receipts related to export activities.
Track payment updates and support financial compliance.

6) Assist in Sales & Business Development
Support export growth by managing trade show logistics, buyer visits, and exhibitions.
Assist sales team with costing inputs, pricing support, proposals, and tender documents.
Convert leads into sales opportunities with logistics feasibility analysis.

7) MultiRegion Handling
Manage shipments and accounts across multiple regions and time zones simultaneously.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, market feedback summaries, and competitor benchmarking data.
