Role & responsibilities: :

MS Excel for Quick Analysis and Visulization; MS Office ( moving to Power BI shortly ) Adavanced Excel and Service Now 1.Data Analysis -a.Collect,Interpret data and Analyse the Risks and Vulnerabilities . b.Identify patterns and trends in data. c.Create Process Documents 2.Data Visulalization- a.Providing insights to the customer with respect to the Risk/Vulnerabilities on weekly and Monthly Basis. b.Transforming, improving and integrating data, depending on the Client requirements c . Delivering the data in a helpful and appealing way. 3.Vulnerabilty Management-Identifying, evaluating, treating, and reporting on security vulnerabilities in systems . 4.Work with support teams to have the servers Compliant as per the ScotiaBank Policy. 5.Reports Generation-Work on different Critical Vulnerabilities and Security Advisories report. 6.Creating Tickets-Work on the Risk and Vulnerability for the servers by creating Tickets In SERVICE NOW and Follow Up with Team Concerned till the servers are remediated. 7.Meetings -Attending Huddles
