Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements for payment domain solutions, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with ISO standards.
- Develop use cases, BRDs (Business Requirement Document), FRDs (Functional Requirement Document) to capture detailed system functionality.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, facilitating discussions and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, specifically focused on payments.
- Solid understanding of SWIFT payments systems and PEGA technology platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems using tools like BRD/FRD/Use Cases.
