Job Summary

Epsilon Digital Experience (DX) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex digital transformation and customer experience programs across global clients. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of technology and digital experience initiatives, ensuring successful execution of business outcomes while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines program leadership, delivery governance, financial management, partner engagement, and technical understanding of modern digital experience ecosystems. The role requires serving as a trusted advisor to clients, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving operational excellence, and championing innovation through AI-enabled delivery practices.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of digital experience programs and projects, ensuring successful outcomes against scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, and client satisfaction objectives while driving timely risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management.
- Establish and lead delivery governance, executive reporting, project health reviews, and operational excellence initiatives, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, quality expectations, and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage project and program financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, resource utilization, profitability, change requests, vendor management, and delivery commitments.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors, aligning delivery strategies with business objectives, facilitating strategic decision-making, and driving successful business outcomes.
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams across engineering, architecture, product, UX, content, analytics, quality assurance, operations, and partner organizations to deliver integrated solutions and achieve program objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, mentoring, coaching,



and capability development to build high-performing teams and strengthen organizational delivery maturity.
- Champion innovation through adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices, automation opportunities, reusable accelerators, and emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, and client value realization.
- Support solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and strategic growth initiatives by providing delivery leadership and finding opportunities to expand client value and business impact.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or program management.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, global digital experience programs.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar programs and enterprise clients.
- Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Experience in one or more of the following: CMS and DAM platforms like AEM, Sitecore, Drupal.
- Modern Web and Mobile platforms.
- Marketing automation and campaign management platforms like SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Braze.
- Customer Data Platforms like Databricks and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- At least one of the Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Secure Agilist / SAFe Program Consultant.
- AI or Digital Transformation certifications are desirable.
