Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer (who is aspiring to become tech lead)

6 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation

Strong expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods)

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components

Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling

Experience developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and coding standards

Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud

Experience working with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals development, user access, branding)

Experience working with Health Cloud (data model, care management, healthcare workflows)

Good to have knowledge of Conga (Conga Composer, document generation and automation tools)

Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

Understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and bulk data handling

Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO)

Experience working with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Platform Events)





Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Work in Agile/Scrum development environments

Provide technical guidance and mentor developers and technically support the team

Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations

Good to have knowledge of version control tools like Git

Good to have knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado

Familiarity with CI/CD and release management processes

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required

Platform Developer II certification preferred

Self-driven and able to work independently with strong ownership mindset
