Job Summary

We are looking for agile and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to US customers by handling inbound calls, resolving product-related queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Job Details

- Role: Customer Support Executive / Customer Advisor
- Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO/Customer Support experience
- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate
- Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA
- Shift: US Shift (Rotational Night Shift)
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from US clients professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries related to Adobe products with accuracy.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity,



and compliance metrics.
- Maintain clear, effective, and professional communication with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Undergraduate or Graduate.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO/International Voice Process or Customer Support role.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong US/UK accent comprehension.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
