Job Summary

Study Palace Hub is looking for enthusiastic and motivated academic counsellors to join our overseas MBBS admissions team. The role involves counselling students and parents, handling admission enquiries, converting leads, and guiding students throughout the admission process.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling and sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad admissions.
- Explain university options, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process.
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, seminars, and walk-ins.




- Convert enquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups.
- Assist students with documentation, application submission, visa guidance, and travel formalities.
- Coordinate with international universities and admission teams.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Positive counselling and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-orientated environment.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, customer support, or business development will be an added advantage.

Working Days: 6 Days

Office Timing: 10 AM 7 PM
