Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **US IT Recruiter** to join our staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT clients, working closely with hiring managers to fulfill contract and full time requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

* Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

* Match candidate profiles with client requirements

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

* Work on **W2, C2C, and 1099** hiring models

* Understand and manage **US visa classifications** (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)

* Maintain accurate records in ATS

* Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 4+ year of experience in **US IT recruitment**

* Strong knowledge of IT skills and technologies

* Hands-on experience with **Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn**

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work in **US time zones**

* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
