The Role (50% Office | 50% Field): You won't be stuck behind a desk all day. This role is a dynamic 50:50 split designed to give you comprehensive industry exposure:
- ? In the Office: Conduct consultative calls, master objection handling, pitch premium EOI projects, and learn market intelligence from our elite research team.
- ? In the Field: Shadow senior experts, guide homebuyers through property site visits, and learn the art of pressure-free, trust-based advisory on the ground.
Who We Are Looking For:
- MBA Grads / Freshers (0–1 year of experience) with a strong drive to learn the real estate business.
- Exceptional communicators who understand premium customer service and can handle client objections with empathy and confidence.
- Based in Bangalore with your own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory for the field component).
The Offer:
- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month
