These changes, effective from 1 January and 1 February 2025, mark a significant transition in the company’s management structure.

Brinkmann to Lead the Direct Business Unit From 1 February 2025, Christoph Brinkmann has assumed overall responsibility for the Direct business unit, bringing together all retread and new tyre (TBR/OTR) operations under a unified structure in Europe. MARANGONI believes that Brinkmann’s experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving the development of this business sector.

Ronny Dietsch Takes

Over the Indirect Division On 1 January 2025, Ronny Dietsch took over the Indirect business division from Christian Asmuth, who transitions into a new strategic role within the MARANGONI GROUP after more than 30 years of service. Since 1 November 2024, Dietsch has also led MARANGONI’s Marketing division. MARANGONI expressed gratitude to Christian Asmuth for his longstanding contributions, highlighting his tireless commitment, industry expertise, and strategic leadership.

Under his direction, the company’s sales team achieved significant success, reinforcing MARANGONI’s market position. Continuity and Growth in Sales Management While stepping down from his role in the Indirect division, Christian Asmuth will remain with MARANGONI as an authorised signatory at MRSD,



where he will take on key strategic responsibilities. His successor, Ronny Dietsch, was closely mentored by Asmuth to ensure a smooth transition into his new role as Sales Director.

MARANGONI expressed confidence in Dietsch’s experience, innovative ideas, and enthusiasm, seeing him as a driving force for the company’s future growth.

Looking Ahead: MARANGONI’s Vision for 2025 MARANGONI welcomed both leaders into their new positions, expressing optimism about their contributions to the company’s future.
