As a Manual Tester – Channels , you will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical solution delivery. You will design, develop, and execute UAT test scenarios across web and mobile platforms to ensure our corporate banking solutions deliver an exceptional user experience and meet strict regulatory standards. ? Key Responsibilities

- UAT & Functional Testing: Translate BRDs/FSDs into comprehensive positive and negative test cases for corporate banking channels (web & mobile).
- Domain Execution: Test end-to-end workflows across accounts, deposits, loans, payments, and Host-to-Host (H2H) functions.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to refine and prioritize test backlogs.
- Leadership & Reporting:



Lead testing efforts on designated projects, guide junior team members, and deliver daily MIS progress updates to stakeholders.

? What We’re Looking For
- Transaction Banking Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Transaction Banking (specifically Cash Products and Regulatory Compliance).
- Core Systems Knowledge: Strong domain expertise in:
- OBLM (Oracle Banking Liquidity Management)
- VAM (Virtual Account Management)
- Payments & Account Services
- GCC Payment Gateways
- Testing & Tools: Deep proficiency in manual UAT, test scenario design, and tools like Jira and Confluence (automation experience is a plus).
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric/UX mindset.
