Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Software Tester who will also support the daily operations of our e-commerce platform. This is a hybrid role involving both software QA responsibilities and day-to-day website coordination — ideal for someone who is structured, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. ? Key Responsibilities ✅ Manual Software Testing Write and execute test cases for web and mobile applications

Identify, report, and track bugs using internal tools

Perform regression and usability testing

Coordinate with the development team for fixes and re-tests

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards ? E-commerce Website Coordination Manage product orders, updates, and customer inquiries

Monitor seller payments and resolve transaction discrepancies

Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely order fulfillment

Send daily updates to customers and sellers via WhatsApp

Ensure product listings and inventory are accurate ? Requirements 0–2 years of experience in manual testing or e-commerce

Good understanding of the software testing process

Basic knowledge of websites and admin dashboards

Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets,



and WhatsApp Web

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written) ? Bonus Skills (Nice To Have) Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms

Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Trello, Jira, or GitHub Issues ? Growth Prospect Exposure to both technical QA and business-side operations

Learn product workflows, customer behavior, and operations
