Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end transition projects from initiation to stabilization and handover.
- Drive project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams and client communication to ensure successful transitions.
- Ensure technology readiness, process compliance, and operational handover.
- Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to improve project execution and governance.
