Experience: 2–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily business operations and team performance

Plan, organize, and monitor departmental activities to achieve business objectives

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement

Resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions

Prepare reports, budgets, and business performance updates for management

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures

Mentor, train, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering,



Commerce, or a related field (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and business reporting tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred
