We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across business-critical functions within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BFSI recruitment, preferably within the Home Finance sector, and possess strong expertise in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and market mapping. This is an individual contributor role with significant exposure to business leaders and the chance to grow into a people management role.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche, leadership, and business-critical positions across the organization. Develop proactive sourcing strategies through headhunting, talent mapping, networking, and market intelligence. Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Drive recruitment through multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and industry networks.



Track recruitment metrics including TAT, pipeline health, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring effectiveness.

Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high quality of hire and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Mandatory recruitment experience within the Financial Services (BFSI) industry.

Prior exposure to Home Finance or Housing Finance companies will be highly preferred.

Proven experience in niche and leadership hiring.

Strong expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously while delivering within aggressive timelines. Please note that this role follows a six-day work week: five days Work From Office (WFO) and one day Work From Home (WFH).
