3. Interpersonal Communication & Stakeholder Management

· Act as a liaison between SSCs, government bodies, industry associations, and training providers.

· Engage with stakeholders to drive collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.





· Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and policy discussions.

· Maintain strong relationships with key partners to facilitate seamless execution of projects.

4. Skilling Ecosystem

· Stay updated on national and international skilling policies, industry trends, and best practices.

· Contribute to policy discussions and provide insights on skill development initiatives.

· Work towards improving industry engagement and employer participation in skilling programs.

· Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing SSC functioning.
