Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from mobilization to commissioning of transmission line infrastructure (132kV to 765kV).
- Ensure timely execution of work as per project timelines and deliverables.

Team & Contractor Management:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and external contractors.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and quality standards.

Technical Oversight:

- Supervise foundation works, tower erection, stringing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams for seamless integration and delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, and statutory authorities to ensure project alignment and approvals.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk & Quality Management:

- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE (Health,



Safety & Setting) protocols throughout the project.

Budget & Cost Control:

- Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising on quality and safety.
- Manage billing, documentation, and cash flow related to project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors / Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in transmission line project execution, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proven track record in executing EHV and UHV transmission line projects (220kV, 400kV, 765kV).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
