Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the polymer market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in a manner that maximizes profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and report on sales metrics on a regular basis.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer retention.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales experience, preferably in the polymer or chemicals industry.
- Strong understanding of polymer products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
