Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead strategic HR initiatives and organization-wide projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience driving HR transformation, process improvement, change management, HR analytics, and cross-functional programs. The candidate will partner with business leaders to design and implement scalable HR solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR projects from planning through execution.

- Drive strategic HR initiatives related to employee engagement, talent management, retention, and performance management.

- Analyze and improve HR processes, policies, and operating models.

- Implement HR transformation and digital HR initiatives.

- Build HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to generate actionable insights.

- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

- Support change management initiatives, organizational restructuring,



and HR transformation programs.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal audit requirements.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver high-impact HR initiatives.

Preferred Background

- 912 years of experience in Human Resources.

- Minimum 4 years of experience leading organization-wide HR initiatives or transformation projects.

- Experience in HR Strategy, HR Excellence (HR COE), HR Transformation, HR Consulting, HR PMO, or CHRO/CEO Office.

- Hands-on knowledge of multiple HR functions including HR Operations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Compliance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Experience working in quick-paced, high-growth organizations is preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
