We are searching for an experienced and skilled SAP Project Manager to join our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, and support. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring these projects are delivered successfully, meeting the defined scope, budget, and timelines.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our SAP initiatives forward and contributing to the overall success of Bristlecone India Limited.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Execute projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to defined processes and methodologies.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.




- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project activities and deliverables.
- Provide effective problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM Competency and its applications.
- Robust project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and trends.
