We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, real estate, and site sales, with a proven track record of team handling, team performance, and customer handling.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction

- Conduct site sales and residential sales activities to drive sales growth and revenue

- Prepare and present sales reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

- Design and implement sales campaigns to generate leads and drive sales conversions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives

Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
