Good Life Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager - Reverse Logistics & Defective Inventory, to take complete ownership of defective inventory, customer returns and reverse logistics operations across multiple warehouses and locations.

The role will focus on reducing defective inventory, improving recovery through repair and refurbishment, controlling reverse logistics costs and building an effective nationwide repair, vendor and service network.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consumer durables and appliances, after-sales service, warranty operations, reverse logistics or repair/service center management, with proven experience handling multi-location operations.

Skills

- Lead PAN India reverse logistics and returns operations.
- Manage defective inventory across all warehouses.
- Develop SOPs, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Monitor inventory ageing and drive recovery initiatives.
- Manage repair, refurbishment, resale, and liquidation processes.
- Build and manage technician, repair centre, and vendor networks.
- Ensure spare parts availability through effective sourcing.
- Coordinate with OEMs, brands, vendors,



and internal teams.
- Review vendor and service partner performance regularly.
- Negotiate with vendors to improve cost and service efficiency.
- Support business development and strategic planning.
- Prepare MIS reports and business review presentations.
- Manage marketplace brand accounts (Havells, Crompton, Bajaj, Usha, V-Guard, Philips, LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Panasonic, Voltas, Blue Star, Carrier, Daikin, Dixon, Amber).

KPI,s:

- Reduce defective inventory by >70% in 12 months.
- Inventory ageing below 60 days.
- Repair success above 75%.
- Monthly recovery value reporting.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce (B. Com,)
- Bachelors degree in business administration (BBA)
- Graduate (Any Stream), B,Tech
