We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Ahmedabad office. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee design projects across their full lifecycle - defining timelines, managing budgets, and nurturing client and consultant relationships, with the prospect to work on a diverse range of projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project briefs, schedules, and cost estimates across all project stages.

- Identify, finalize, and onboard consultants, specialists, and advisors suited to each project's needs.

- Represent HCP at client meetings, stakeholder forums, and industry engagements; organize meetings as required and prepare accurate notes and minutes.

- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to drive design resolution and progress.

- Lead and manage project schedules and budgets throughout the entire lifecycle.

- Draft professional correspondence including letters, emails, minutes of meetings, and project notes in clear, grammatically sound English.

- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor design adherence and address on-ground issues promptly.

- Support the Business Development team in preparing contracts, proposals, and related documentation.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

- Master's degree in Project Management

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in project and construction management

- Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English

- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities

- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare reports

- Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritization skills

- Effective time management and ability to handle competing priorities

- Leadership skills.

- High proficiency in MS Office and MS Project

- Sound understanding of design concepts, construction drawings, codes, and standards

- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to reason through complex site and project challenges

- Solution-oriented approach with the ability to think rationally and resolve issues

Skills – Preferred

- Prior experience managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams

- Familiarity with contract structures and proposal development
