Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Manager or Assistant Manager Treasury. The role involves managing daily treasury operations, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and monitoring bank balances and credit lines. The individual will handle fund placement and utilization, coordinate with banking partners and lending institutions, and ensure timely execution of payments and receipts.
Responsibilities include supporting fundraising activities, managing short-term investments, maintaining accurate treasury records,
and preparing regular MIS and reports for internal stakeholders. The role also requires adherence to internal controls, compliance with regulatory and company policies, and collaboration with finance, risk, and business teams to optimize capital efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in treasury operations, bank reconciliation, and payment processing.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for treasury-related metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in stakeholder management, including coordination with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in risk awareness, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and adherence to internal controls.
- Relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or finance systems.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
