Technical Responsibilities

- Lead complete testing and validation of Gas Generator Sets from prototype .
- Develop and execute test plans, DVPR, validation protocols, and endurance testing.
- Perform engine performance, load acceptance, transient response, and overload testing.
- Conduct synchronization and load sharing tests for multiple gas gensets.
- Validate gas engine performance under varying gas compositions and calorific values.
- Execute fuel consumption and thermal efficiency testing.
- Perform emissions testing as per applicable regulations.
- Validate engine cooling system performance.
- Conduct noise and vibration testing.
- Verify alternator performance and electrical characteristics.
- Validate protection systems including overspeed, low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, over-current, earth fault, reverse power, and emergency shutdown.
- Carry out environmental testing under high ambient temperature, humidity, and altitude conditions.
- Perform reliability, endurance, and continuous operation testing. Hands-on Technical Expertise
