Role Summary

Looking for a highly driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketplace and Q-commerce marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance marketing, media planning, sales growth, and platform relationships across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other leading commerce platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Job Location: Gurugram

Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce paid media / retail media, with hands-on management of Amazon Ads and Flipkart advertising; Q-Comm media experience preferred.

Key Accountabilities

Marketplace Marketing

- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketplace marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end advertising on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Plan Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Display, Video, and Store campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and sales contribution.
- Manage search visibility, keyword strategy, and category growth.

Quick Commerce Marketing

- Develop growth strategies across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes, and other Q-commerce platforms.
- Manage sponsored listings, search ads, homepage banners, category placements, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate visibility plans during seasonal events and platform-led campaigns.
- Track assortment, stock availability, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.

Media Planning & Budget Management

- Build monthly and quarterly media plans aligned with business objectives.
- Allocate budgets across platforms based on ROI and business priorities.
- Forecast sales impact and optimize investments.

Business Growth





- Identify growth opportunities using platform insights.
- Improve market share, share of voice, and organic rankings.
- Recommend promotional strategies based on category trends.
- Drive new product launches and category expansion.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor all KPIs
- Develop dashboards and performance reports.
- Present business reviews to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with platform account managers.
- Coordinate with brand, sales, finance, supply chain, and creative teams.
- Ensure campaign readiness for key events such as Prime Day, Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, End of Season Sales, etc.

Campaign Execution

- Lead planning for product launches
- Lead planning for seasonal campaigns
- Lead planning for brand days
- Lead planning for platform events
- Lead planning for promotional offers
- Coordinate creative assets and campaign timelines

Catalog & Content Optimisation

- Ensure high-quality product listings.
- Improve product content and A+ content.
- Optimize storefronts and brand pages.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and content health.

Key Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or Digital Marketing within an advertising, media, or digital agency.
- Strong hands-on experience managing marketplace and Q-commerce marketing initiatives.
- Good understanding of digital media, performance marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
- Exposure to Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of mainline advertising.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.
