- Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
- Lead the topics in regard to warehouse & supply chain for inventory, dispatch, order fulfillment, transport documentation and invoicing.
- Liaise with the accounting partner on invoicing and order-related documentation.
- Proactively communicate order changes to internal stakeholders and resolve order related issues to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth processes .
- Support sales with order status, product availability, customer communication, and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory.
- Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and support continuous process improvements.
