Position: Business Analyst

Job Description:

- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain; knowledge of Commercial Lines and Specialty Insurance is an advantage.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, process diagrams, and functional prototypes using tools such as Figma, Visio,



Miro, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, workflow-driven and configurable software platforms, and implementation-driven delivery models.
- Ability to translate business requirements into implementation-ready functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for backlog management, requirements tracking, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration
- Solid stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
