Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision domains.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers, ensuring technical guidance, task allocation, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Design scalable AI architectures and model pipelines for enterprise-level applications.
- Collaborate with the MLOps team to enable seamless model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee the full AI/ML development lifecycle including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization.
- Conduct research and evaluate recent AI models, tools, and frameworks to improve system performance and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, model development, documentation, and version control.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture design documents, and project reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders) to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Education & Experience

1. Experience: Skilled (6-8 year)

2. Qualification: B.Tech CSE

*Is as plus: UG/PG course on or similar to: Data Science/AI-ML

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision techniques.
- Knowledge of AI model development lifecycle including experimentation, validation, and production deployment.




- Understanding of AI system architecture, distributed model pipelines, and scalable ML systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of statistics, optimization algorithms, and performance metrics for ML models.
- Awareness of latest advancements in AI technologies, research papers, and industry best practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

Skill:

- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML development.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience in Computer Vision frameworks/libraries such as OpenCV, Detectron2, YOLO, or similar.
- Ability to design scalable AI solutions and production-ready pipelines.
- Experience in model optimization, debugging, and performance improvement.
- Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to create technical architecture documents and project reports.
