Job Description:
- Acquire current Housing Loan customers through open market sourcing.
- Generate business through DSTs, connectors, builders, brokers, and self-sourcing.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage the complete loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Age: Up to 32 Years
- 15 years of experience in Housing Loan/LAP/Open Market Sales
- Mandatory experience in DST/Connector/Self-Sourcing
- Candidates should be earning monthly incentives
- CIBIL Score: 700+
- Maximum CTC: 4 LPA
- Immediate joiners preferred
