About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals to join our Direct Sales team. The role involves meeting students and parents through scheduled home sessions, understanding their academic needs, and helping them choose the right learning programs from Infinity Learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct home sessions with students and parents
- Explain Infinity Learn programs and offerings effectively
- Generate and convert leads into enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in direct sales preferred
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage customer interactions independently

Eligibility

- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- EdTech or education industry experience is an added advantage
