Job Title: International Voice Sales Executive (Car Booking Process)

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced International Voice Sales Executive to handle car booking requests over calls from global customers. The role involves assisting customers in selecting and booking cars, ensuring smooth communication and high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls
- Assist customers in booking cars over the phone
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable options
- Explain pricing, availability, and booking process clearly
- Close bookings and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
- Deliver excellent customer service experience

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English




- Good international accent (neutral/Western preferred)
- Robust sales and convincing skills
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Target-oriented and performance-driven

Experience Required

- Minimum 1+ year experience in International Voice Process / Sales / BPO
- Car rental, travel, or sales experience is an added advantage
