Attend inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards





Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary

Requirements:

Min 1 Experienced candidates can apply

Any Graduate Or Undergraduate

Excellent spoken English skills are mandatory

Comfortable with US Night Shifts

Strong communication and listening skills

Basic computer knowledge required

Flexible with rotational week offs
