Roles Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.





- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.

- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Qualified Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation within marketing platforms.

- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.

- Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customization.

- Knowledge of data management and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- This position is based at our Pune office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
