1. Experienced in maintenance of Gas Insulated Switchgear and must be well versed with drawings, safety of EHV/HV GIS, sequence of operations
2. Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of GIS equipment.
3. Support shutdown maintenance activities and emergency breakdown restoration.
4. Worked as GIS Maintenance Specialist in similar type of switchgears for at least 10 years.
5. Should be capable to undertake emergency repair jobs in the switchgear.
6. Erection, Testing & Commissioning of High Voltage Switchgear / GIS.
7. Planning & Smooth execution of GIS Site activities till Successful handing over to Client.
8. Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning tests
9. Installing of test bushings and preparing the switchgear for conducting AC & DC High Voltage tests for GIS.
10. Strict Adherence to Safety Practices,
adherence to Rules and Regulations applicable at Site.
11. Electrical and Mechanical Interface & integration with other equipments, Civil, CRP etc. Checking of Proper Interlocking and Protection functions.
12. Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
13. Set-up process of HV GIS Site services in the field of Erection, Testing & Commissioning.
14. Addressing customer complaints.
15. Effective Planning and movement of Human Resources & Equipments for timely completion of Site Service Activity.
16. Planning of Sub-contractors
17. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and punch-point closure.
