About the Role

As a FAC Underwriting Coordinator I, you will be at the heart of Swiss Res Business Services - P&C; Facultative underwriting operations, working closely with regional underwriters to deliver precise, timely, and high-quality support across the APAC markets. Your contributions will directly influence the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the underwriting process making your work both meaningful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and support the end-to-end P&C; FAC underwriting process by providing both technical and operational assistance to APACs P&C; FAC Underwriters, ensuring seamless workflow and business continuity




- Handle submissions and pre-underwriting activities by performing thorough risk clearing and compliance-related checks (AML, ITC), setting up reinsurance risks in Swiss Re systems, and binding risks in tools as per final agreed terms
- Coordinate effectively with FAC P&C; Desk Underwriters, FAC Hub Bangalore, and cross-functional team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of business outputs
- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, proactively seeking feedback to drive continuous improvement for both individual and team growth
