Roles & Responsibilities :
- Operating the crane: Safely lift, move, and position materials and equipment. Follow signals from the ground crew and ensure the load is properly aligned.
- Maintaining the crane: Perform daily checks and minor repairs to ensure the crane is in valuable working order. Inspect the crane's components, including safety devices and wire ropes.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, load movements, and any maintenance or repair work performed.
- Ensuring safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Check weather conditions and communicate with other workers.
