Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions across all departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical hospitality roles.
- Ensure recruitment targets and TAT are achieved while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and collaborate with department heads on manpower planning.

Qualifications

- Experience hiring for departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; Service, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Corporate roles.




- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS/HRMS.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in human resources, Hotel Management.
- Minimum Job Experience: 3-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Reporting to: Director HR.
- Travel: NA.
