Role Summary

As an Associate Data Engineer, you will develop scalable, analytics-ready data products on the ZAIDYN platform. You will build ETL pipelines, transform and validate data, implement business rules, and deliver trusted datasets that power analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable data solutions.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and validating data.
- Build analytics-ready data products for reporting, dashboards, and AI use cases.
- Design data models and implement business rules to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Define and develop KPIs to support business analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including engineering, analytics, and BI.
- Follow best practices in Agile development, code reviews, testing, documentation, and version control.




- Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, deployment planning, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL development and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.
- Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, fact & dimension tables).
- Experience building data products for analytics and reporting.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data or ETL technologies such as Spark/PySpark, Hadoop, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Exposure to Pharma or Life Sciences projects is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset with a passion for building scalable, high-quality data solutions.
- Eagerness to learn emerging technologies, AI, and cloud-native data platforms.
