- Handle customer interactions at dealer counters and recommend suitable lighting products.
- Drive sales of premium lighting solutions through dealers and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, lighting consultants, builders, and electrical contractors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, mock-ups, and sampling activities.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
- Maintain the customer database, sales reports, and timely updates through the field force application.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
