- Execute and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities for metro station works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor RCC, structural, architectural, finishing, and waterproofing works while ensuring quality standards and timely execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain uninterrupted work progress.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower, materials, machinery, and resources to achieve daily and weekly construction targets.
- Conduct site inspections, maintain execution records, prepare daily progress reports, and verify work quantities for billing purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and project requirements while maintaining a safe and productive work workplace.
