Job Title: Store Manager / Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth store operations, timely store opening, and adherence to all SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Drive excellent customer service and increase loyalty conversions through effective in-store engagement.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, damages, expiry, shrinkage, and cash handling efficiently.
- Ensure proper planogram execution, space management, and store standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise the store team to drive productivity and achieve operational targets.
- Monitor daily input/output metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
- Maintain store assets and ensure loss prevention through solid process control.
- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing.
- Preferred ProfileExperience in retail store operations.
- Experience in Food & FMCG retail will be an added advantage.
