Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to manage clinical quality, compliance, training, and operational standards across dialysis centers in the North Zone.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive clinical quality improvement to meet dialysis adequacy targets.

- Monitor patient compliance and organize patient education programs.

- Conduct center visits, audits, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare monthly clinical governance and performance reports.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning for clinical teams.

- Design and conduct clinical training programs for nurses, technicians, and support staff.

- Lead monthly clinical review meetings and coordinate corrective actions.

- Act as the first point of escalation for clinical team issues.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Valuable knowledge of dialysis operations and patient care protocols.

- Understanding of healthcare compliance, government regulations, and NABH standards preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

- Ability to manage multiple centers across a wide geography.
