Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 24 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing reports, creating dashboards, analyzing large datasets, and providing business insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and advanced Excel functions.
- Track KPIs, productivity, SLA, and operational metrics.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
- Automate recurring reports using Power Query and Excel functions.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and business analysis as required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate report submission.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in MIS Reporting or Data Analysis.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with:
- XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
- IF, IFERROR, SUMIF, SUMIFS
- COUNTIF, COUNTIFS
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Power Query
- Dashboard Creation

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or ticketing tools.
- Understanding of business reporting and KPI analysis.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Advanced Excel or Data Analytics is preferred.
