Our client, a Leading Financial Services company is looking out for an IT Infrastructure Manager to be based at Mumbai. Role Summary

8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management with strong hands-on expertise in server administration, virtualization, email systems, patching, backup & recovery, and disaster recovery operations.

The role requires a techno-functional qualified who can independently handle & execute day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshoot critical issues, coordinate with OEMs and vendors, manage support SLAs, and ensure adherence to IT operational processes and DR readiness. Key Responsibilities

§ Administer and manage physical and virtual server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

§ Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent technologies.

§ Administer enterprise email platforms, including user management, mailbox administration, security policies, issue resolution, and coordination with service providers.

§ Manage enterprise data backup solutions, monitor backup jobs, perform periodic restoration testing, and ensure data recovery readiness.

§ Plan, execute, document, and coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, including DR invocation, failover activities, and post-DR reporting.

§ Monitor the health and performance of servers, storage, and related infrastructure components to ensure high availability.

§ Coordinate with hardware/OEMs, system integrators, and support vendors for incident resolution, preventive maintenance, warranty support, and infrastructure upgrades.





§ Track and ensure compliance with vendor SLAs, maintain support contracts, and escalate issues to ensure timely closure.

§ Provide technical inputs during procurement, technical evaluations, RFP processes, and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.

§ Support internal and external IT audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and security requirements.

§ Perform basic website administration activities through CMS platforms, including content uploads, modifications, and publishing of approved changes through the CMS front end.

Key Skills & Competencies

§ Hands-on experience in Windows and/or Linux server administration.

§ Strong experience in VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization platforms.

§ Administration of enterprise email systems such as Microsoft 365, etc. & Patching process

§ Hands-on experience in backup administration, data restoration, and recovery procedures.

§ Experience in DR planning, DR invocation, failover/failback testing, and DR drill documentation.

§ Understanding of storage systems, networking fundamentals, and IT infrastructure security practices.

§ Knowledge of website CMS tools for content updates and front-end data management.

Qualifications & Experience

§ Any Graduate, preferred Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field. § 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years in a BFSI domain.

§ Certifications preferred as below: ü Microsoft Windows Server / Microsoft 365 Administration certification ü VMware or equivalent virtualization certification)

ü Veeam/Commvault or equivalent backup certification
