Job Title: Manager HR Operations

We are looking for an experienced Manager – HR Operations to lead and strengthen HR operations, HR analytics, process excellence, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, HR technology initiatives, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Own and manage HR tools, HRIS, and process automation initiatives.
- Lead HR analytics, dashboards, MIS reporting, and provide actionable insights.
- Generate timely and accurate HR reports for leadership.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR SOPs, policies, and process documentation.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Manage onboarding, employee benefits, insurance, and related HR operations.




- Collaborate with HRBPs and cross-functional teams on people initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement programs and improve employee experience.
- Ensure operational excellence while continuously enhancing HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of HR experience with at least 3 years leading HR Operations.
- Robust knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience implementing at least one HRIS platform.
- Strong expertise in HR Analytics, MIS Reporting, and Dashboarding.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives is an added advantage.
